ENAIRE, in collaboration with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), is launching a course, Fundamentals and Planning of Air Navigation Services Specialist
ENAIRE has launched, together with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a course on Fundamentals and Planning of Air Navigation Services Specialist, available online in English.
The course leads to an ENAIRE certificate accredited by the ICAO Trainair Plus Programme, which represents the next step in the internationalisation of the ENAIRE Campus's training products.
The programme lasts three and a half months (from 8 April to 10 July) with a total of 145 contact hours. It is structured into seven units:
- Fundamentals of air transport
- Introduction to the Air Navigation System (ANS)
- Legal and institutional framework
- Programmes and plans
- Planning of the Air Navigation System (ANS)
- Management systems
- Managerial skills
The programme is aimed at professionals in the aviation sector: air navigation service providers, airlines, airport managers, regulators, military authorities, weather service providers, as well as the technology industry, consultants and other professionals interested in the sector.
Upon completion of this ENAIRE specialist's course, candidates will obtain a broad strategic and management overview that will let them understand air navigation services and the challenges of managing air navigation.
The faculty is made up of a team of highly qualified professionals from ENAIRE, the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the field of aviation.
Classes will be streamed Mondays and Wednesdays from 14:00 to 18:30, and Fridays from 14:00 to 16:15 (CET). Recordings of the classes can also be accessed at any time.
