ENAIRE's Services Charter
As part of its firm commitment to improve the quality of its services, ENAIRE, in its 2022-2024 Service Charter, lays out its commitment to safety, to reduce delays associated with the air navigation service, to the availability and continuity of the Air Navigation System, and to help reduce CO2 emissions, among others.
This Service Charter details the commitments undertaken by General Management and its quality indicators, as well as the different ways for customers and stakeholders to get involved by submitting enquiries, complaints and suggestions.
This Service Charter involves an update of the information and commitments with respect to the Service Charter approved for the period 2019-2022. The update document (Spanish version) sets out the changes in content and quality commitments, along with the monitoring of the degree of compliance with the commitments laid down in the 2019-2022 Service Charter.
