The ENAIRE Foundation launches 'ÁGORAdigital' with a streaming broadcast of Innovative Air Mobility day
The ENAIRE Foundation is launching ÁGORAdigital with the live stream of the Innovative Air Mobility conference, organised by Ellas Vuelan Alto at the Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) in Madrid.
It will launch on the 19th at the Aeromuseum in Málaga and the Naves de Gamazo Art Centre in Santander
The first ÁGORAdigital event will take place on 19 September, focusing on innovation in air mobility, with live screenings of the conference from the Aeromuseum in Málaga and the Naves de Gamazo Art Centre in Santander.
The inauguration of ÁGORAdigital in Málaga will feature Margarita Asuar and the director of the Aeromuseum in Málaga, Luis Utrilla.
The Innovative Air Mobility conference will host panel discussions on challenges related to drones, financing opportunities, the future of stratoports and training in the sector, with a focus on young talent, inclusion, and themes such as “Girls at the controls – drones in their hands”.
Strengthening the sense of community
ÁGORAdigital attendees will have the chance to chat and enjoy a coffee during the breaks of the streamed sessions, reinforcing the sense of community and broadening personal connections to foster the exchange of knowledge.
The closing session of the Innovative Air Mobility conference in Madrid will be led by the Director General of Civil Aviation and ENAIRE Foundation trustee, David Benito.
In the words of the managing director of the ENAIRE Foundation, “ÁGORAdigital is a forum that reinvents dialogue and exchange in the digital age, transcending physical boundaries to bring people together around aeronautical art and culture”.
“Digital resources are valuable tools for sharing knowledge and fostering community”, said Asuar, stressing that “it is a forum for accessing knowledge as a community”.
“A community that engages in dialogue, listens and grows by using digital resources is the very aim of ÁGORAdigital. That is why, in this forum, we recover the essence of the Greek agora: to share, debate and grow together, showing that technology can and should be a tool for accessing knowledge without giving up direct human connection”, she added.

About ENAIRE Foundation
Is a cultural institution of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility that, in addition to managing, preserving and exhibiting the ENAIRE Collection of Contemporary Art, engages in a comprehensive annual programme of activities that focus on aeronautical art and culture. Notably, it is one of the institutions that currently provides the most support to photography through its annual prizes - which have become a benchmark for professional photographers - and by hosting exhibits.
It is the only foundation in Spain that combines the two seemingly disparate themes of art and aeronautical culture, bringing them together by undertaking a programme of activities that promote the study, research, knowledge and dissemination of aeronautical culture, integrating history and modernity to raise awareness of the world of aviation in our country.
The Naves de Gamazo are the first permanent home of the ENAIRE Collection of Contemporary Art, an example of collaboration between government agencies that was made possible thanks to the partnership and joint efforts of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, the Government of Cantabria, through the Office for Culture, Tourism and Sport, and the Port Authority of Santander, which share the operating expenses of the centre in order to ensure the present and future viability of this cultural project.
ENAIRE Foundation is implementing digital museum resources to boost the democratisation of art and make it accessible from anywhere in the world. These new museum resources are now available on the Foundation's website: https://fundacionenaire.es.
