One of ENAIRE’s priorities is to boost the commitment and motivation of the people that comprise our team of professionals as a fundamental driver of change within the organisation. We currently develop the following core lines of action in this area:

  • Professional development: ENAIRE fosters the professional and personal development of its workforce through its commitment to training and education.
  • Equality and diversity: diversity in the workforce and equal opportunities are the core principles of the ENAIRE Human Resources Policy.
  • Workplace health: the objective is to create a workplace that protects, promotes and supports the physical, mental and social wellbeing of its employees.
  • Social action: ENAIRE has a social action programme that helps improve job quality and stability and fosters the work/life balance. The programme includes various specific actions aimed at promoting positive measures for workers and their environment, including social aid programmes and refundable loans, as well as an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and medical and life insurance.
