Aránzazu Hernández Rodríguez holds a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and completed the course on Organisation and Human Resources at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
She began her career at ENAIRE as a Human Resources Specialist, Level A, in the Personnel Department in September 2009. Since then, she has worked in various areas in that department:
- Professional Development & Training Division,
- Personnel Selection, Assessment and Development Department, working on all the selection processes for both labour agreements and being appointed, in June 2019, Head of the Standardisation Section of the Selection and Evaluation Processes.
- Human Resources Management Division: in June 2021, she took over as Head of the Human Resources Management Division, leading the Payroll, SAP Automation, Personnel Management and Social Action departments, and participating in the committees negotiating the Air Traffic Control and the Aena-ENAIRE Group collective agreements.
Prior to joining ENAIRE, she worked at IBM España and IBM Global Services as a recruitment specialist in the Human Resources Department and as a Java programmer in the Systems Department. She took part in the automation project of the National Bank of Greece in Athens and in Systems Niscayah (currently Stanley Security) as head of the IT Support Department.
