If you are a UAS operator and wish to fly in uncontrolled airspace, outside the geographical areas under ENAIRE’s responsibility, there are certain operations that must be managed through ENAIRE:
- Flights under the specific category whose operational authorisation or Light UAS Operator Certificate (LUC) requires the publication of a NOTAM/TSA/TRA.
Regardless of the procedures you need to carry out with ENAIRE, you must coordinate the operation with all managers of the geographical areas affected by your activity. You can find this information on ENAIRE Drones.
Once the necessary coordination has been completed and you have all the required documentation, you may request the publication of your NOTAM/TSA/TRA for your operation through the Airspace Operational Coordination Department (COOP) using ENAIRE Planea.
IMPORTANT: Bear in mind that there may be other activities that can affect your operation; check the NOTAM in force before your flight.
Remember, drones are not toys, they are aircraft - fly safely!
