At ENAIRE, in collaboration with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), we offer the online course Specialist in "Air Navigation Services Fundamentals and Planning". An exclusive programme taught online in English.

Upon completion of this ENAIRE specialist's course, candidates will obtain a broad strategic and management overview that will let them understand air navigation services and the challenges of managing air navigation.

The programme is aimed at professionals in the aviation sector: service providers, airlines, airport managers, regulators, military authorities, weather service providers, as well as the technology industry, consultants and other professionals interested in the sector.

The faculty is made up of a team of highly qualified professionals from ENAIRE, the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the field of aviation.

Start date

The course comprises a total of 145 instructional hours, running from 10 November 2025 to 30 March 2026.

Option

Classes will be streamed Mondays and Wednesdays from 14:00 to 18:30, and Fridays from 14:00 to 16:15 (CET).

The specialist title is divided into seven units:
- Fundamentals of air transport
- Introduction to ANS
- Legal and institutional framework
- ANS Planning
- Programmes and plans
- Management systems
- Managerial skills
Cost

The course has an enrolment fee of EUR 3,300 / USD 3,600.
