Purpose of data processing and data retention periods

The data collected will be processed for the purpose of managing your request. Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data.

The legal basis for ENAIRE’s data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), namely consent.

Recipients

No disclosure of data to third parties is envisaged, except when required by a legal provision. No transfers of data to third countries or international organizations are planned.

Obtain confirmation on if ENAIRE is processing their personal data.
To consult their personal data, as well as request amendment of inaccurate data, or, where appropriate, request its deletion in the case that, among other reasons, such data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
